I didn’t mind the whole McBain/Sam/Jason triangle. I just thought; just don’t make it about something that didn’t happen on our show. The only thing I ever said was, “If you want to break us up, great. Just do it in a way that is justifiable.” I am all about drama. I am on a soap opera. If you want to break us up, and have us find our way back to each other, awesome. But I wanted it to be a valid, as opposed to the fact that Michael and Kelly worked on another show together.

It was tough saying goodbye to Kelly Monaco (Sam). I worked with her for a very long time. It’s still weird not seeing her every day.
